During his tenure at Teledyne, Dino was responsible for auditing, financial analysis, and the management of multiple departments, gaining invaluable experience that would serve as the cornerstone for his future ventures.
In 1975, Dino took the leap to establish Tellone Financial Services, Inc., a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial services, including tax planning, accounting, estate planning, and private mortgage lending. Under Dino’s leadership, TFS has remained independent, fee-only, and 100% employee-owned, ensuring that clients receive unbiased, client-first advice tailored to their specific needs. His role as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS further solidifies his expertise and trustworthiness in handling complex financial matters.
